Migraine Sufferers Should ALL Use THIS Daily Remedy
It is estimated that around 3.2 million Americans suffer from long standing, or recurrent migraines in the U.S. every year. If you are one of these Americans, life for you looks much different than the average person. Days filled with hangovers from last night’s migraine are some of the worst, and living a life filled with avoiding triggers at all costs leaves you searching for ANYTHING to get rid of it. As an upper cervical specific specialist, migraines are a large percentage of my patients in private practice. Here is a couple home remedies that I often recommend for migraine patients to utilize on a daily basis, hope it helps:
Apple Cider Vinegar Cocktail:

8 Ounce Glass of Water, room temperature

1 and 1/2 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar

1/2 tbsp of honey

 

Cayenne Pepper Shot

1 tsp of cayenne pepper to an 8 ounce glass of warm water

1/2 tsp of lemon juice

1 tsp of honey

 

Try both of these and see which one works for you. For snacking try the following options: Trail Mix is always a good option, or anything containing Almonds, Walnuts, Blueberries, Grapes, Red Wine, Dark Chocolate, or Raisins.
